**INDUSTRY SPECIFIC SKILLS**:
Familiar with offshore construction requirements/Codes and Standards, Offshore Platform design codes, Standards & Oil and Gas industry construction practices and procedures & HSE.

**EXPERIENCE**:
Minimum 5-10 years experience in Oil & Gas industry also with role of Construction Manager - HUC.

Experience of Hook-up of Modular/Integrated Process Platforms of large scale EPCIC Projects.

Experience on executing International Contracts in Middle East

Experience on Brownfield Process Platforms including shutdowns.

**ROLE DESCRIPTION / PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Identify the Hook-Up / Brown Field Modification SOW & prepare Offshore Schedule (co-ordinates with all disciplines)

Identify the requirement of marine spread (hook-up barges, work boat, supply vessels etc.)

Participate in Pre-Engineering / Pre-Bid survey

Visit Yard before load-out of the modules and ensure that the fabrication work completed in all aspects, identify the Hook-up points and ensure that possible material is loaded out along with the respective modules from Yard

Identify the shutdown requirement & prepare shutdown schedule

Prepare RFQ for Hook-up Sub-Contract and Co-ordinate with SCM for finalization of Hook-up Sub-Contractor

Barge audit / inspection

Identify interface with other Contractors, Co-ordinate with Company /Other Contractor, participate in interface / shutdown meetings

Travel to Offshore as required

Day to Day management of marine spread (Hook-up Barge, work boat, supply vessels etc.)

Provide input to engineering team to optimize the hook-up / shutdown duration, identify if prefabrication / modularization can be done so as to reduce offshore duration

Identify the material required for Hook-up, co-ordinate with Yard for loadout of material to offshore

Liaison with Yards, Loadout, Installation, SCM, QA, F&A Departments, Client, TPI, CA, Vendors, Marine Spread Coordinators, Offshore / Base Radio Officers, Hook Up Contractors, Offshore Material / Manpower / Marine Spread Clearance Agencies as & when required.

Reviewing NED Pass Validity of Hook Up Team Members, Sub Contractors / Vendors etc & notify respective concerns for revalidation.

Identify requirement of various Vendors at offshore ahead of schedule and co-ordinate with SCM

Offshore Manpower / Other Resources Mobilization, Demobilization, Accommodation Planning & Execution etc.

Managing Daily Activities of Hook Up Sub Contractors.

Participating & Finalizing in Anchor Pattern Survey for Hook Up Marine Spread & Clash Checking with Subsea Pipelines, Existing / Upcoming Facilities, any other existing / future marine spread mobilization by Client / Installation Contractors / Other EPC Contractors.
