**CRM EXECUTIVE**

MALE / FEMALE MIN 1-2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN REAL ESTATE SECTOR CAN APPLY

ANY GRADUATE + ADVANCED EXCEL + CRM Management+ Collection Management + Handling customer queries & grievances+ Customer Service.

JOB ROLE:

- **To look after post sales activities.**
- **Send welcome mail to the customers after registration.**
- **Collection follow
- up, report generation, data maintain, etc**
- **Monitor the timely receipt of monthly instalments from customers/bank; resolve escalated issues if any.**
- **Maintaining all records of customer and preparing MIS.**
- **Updating and enter customer records and payments in ERP on daily basis.**
- **Sending demand letters and payment follow-ups with clients.**
- **Coordinate with relevant parties for collecting payment for registration etc. ensuring adherence to timelines.**

LOCATION -**SERAMPORE (HOOGHLY)**

SALARY - 12,000/ 16,000/
- **OFFICE TIME - 10 AM -6.30 PM**

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
