**Position: Paid Media Buyer**
**Exp: 3+yrs**

As a Paid Media Buyer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic display. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to develop and implement strategies that drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about paid advertising and thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic display
- Conduct thorough audience research and create targeted audience segments
- Identify key metrics and track campaign performance to measure success and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop campaign strategies that align with client objectives
- Manage budgets and allocate spend effectively to maximize ROI
- Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date with changes in paid media platforms and technologies
- Provide regular reports to clients on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns
- Deep understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic display platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
- Experience with audience research, segmentation, and targeting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads certifications are a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
