Master Leather Craftsman

Experience: 10+ years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing with the design and production team to create custom leather products and furniture. Train and manage production team to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
- Create prototypes and samples of new products.
- Aware of different kind of production process, different kind of leather molding & pasting.
- Export compliance knowledge for leather, lab testing, stains, colors.
- Conducting test for quality check of leather before the purchases, sampling.
- Knowledge of cut, stitch, clad and finish leather products using traditional techniques such as hand-stitching and dyeing the leather.
- Ensure all products meet high quality standards and are delivered on time. Inspection at every level & production stages.
- Managing & expanding production team with good cratfsmans.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers of high-quality leather and other materials
- Keep up to date with the latest trends in leatherworking technology and materials.
- Speeding up the production process and increasing efficiency with optimized workflows.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Master Leather Craftsman or a similar role in the luxury market.
- Excellent attention to detail and passion for craftsmanship.
- Strong management skills with ability to expand team when required.
- Experience working with production team to make handmade items
- Ability to work independently as well and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A portfolio of past work demonstrating your expertise in leather working.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
