Housekeeping Watchman

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises including floors, toilets, and common areas
- Perform routine cleaning tasks like sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal
- Monitor office entrances and premises to prevent unauthorized access
- Keep a vigilant watch to safeguard office assets and property
- Report any security or maintenance issues to the management promptly
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed
- Attend to any other related duties assigned by the management

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in housekeeping and/or watchman roles preferred
- Honest, punctual, and trustworthy
- Physically fit to perform cleaning and security tasks
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

Age limit: 40 - 50 yrs

- Kattupakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Housekeeping: 10 years (required)

- English (preferred)
