**Job Title**:Front Desk Receptionist**

**Job description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet, assist, and direct visitors appropriately, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
- Manage incoming calls, handle caller inquiries when possible, direct calls as appropriate, and take detailed messages.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assist in various administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, and collating.
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.

**Qualifications**:

- **High school diploma** or equivalent; further training or certification in office management is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a **Receptionist**, **Front Office Representative**, or similar role.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (such as, printers).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid **written** and **verbal communication** skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent **organizational skills**.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service attitude.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
