- Ensure that the design intent is maintained throughout the construction and installation phases.
- **Cut List Design**:

- Develop detailed cut lists for materials and furnishings based on design specifications and site requirements.
- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely procurement and accurate delivery of materials.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, designers, and construction teams.
- Address and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts in a timely manner.
- Provide regular progress reports to clients and project managers.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets design standards and client expectations.
- Implement corrective actions as needed to address any deficiencies or deviations from the design plan.

## **Requirements**:

- **Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in interior design analysis, cut list design, and site supervision.
- Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and design principles.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of interior design concepts and construction techniques.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and design drawings.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- **Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with residential or commercial interior design projects.
