LOOKING FOR FABRICATION FITTER cum SUPERVISOR

The role requires a strong understanding of fabrication drawings, fabrication procedures, and equipment finishing

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor / Factory Head with a strong background

Job description

What you’ll do

1) Fitting and assembling components accurately based on specifications, ensuring proper alignment and dimensions.

2) Assemble and fit mechanical components

3) Assigning Job role as per Work order and manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities.

4) Manage and run production parts as per order

5) Inspect and test equipment before every process and assembled components for quality, making necessary adjustments to achieve desired results.

6) Establish daily٫ weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees

7) Support vendor sourcing and management activities

**Requirements**:
1. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

2. Adaptability and willingness to learn.

3. Strong attention to detail and precision.

4. Proven experience as a fitter.

5. Adhere to safety protocols.

6. Finding practical solutions to achieve desired outcomes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
