**Role Overview**

We are seeking a **highly motivated and hands-on Research Intern or Junior Associate** to conduct experimental testing, material characterization, and performance validation of CV22.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in **preparing and using materials** on electronic devices and substrates
- Design and conduct **thermal performance tests** (e.g., thermal resistance, conductivity, interface quality)
- Use tools like **IR thermography, SEM, TGA/DSC, profilometry, and thermal testers**:

- Document experimental procedures, results, and assist in **tech reports/presentations**:

- Collaborate with the R&D and product engineering teams to **optimize process parameters**:

- Maintain lab safety protocols and equipment handling standards

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Materials Science, Nanotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related field
- Familiarity with **thermal analysis and characterization techniques**:

- Prior lab or research experience is a plus
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Curious, detail-oriented, and willing to get hands-on with tools and experiments

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
