**Job Title: QA Intern (Freshers)**

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as QA Interns. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers to kickstart their career in Quality Assurance within the tech industry. As a QA Intern, you will work closely with our experienced QA team to learn and contribute to various aspects of software testing and quality assurance processes. **Mandatory to learn Manual Testing.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assist in Test Planning**: Participate in test planning sessions to understand project requirements and assist in developing comprehensive test plans.
- **Test Execution**: Execute test cases as per defined test plans, ensuring all aspects of the software are thoroughly tested for functionality, usability, and performance.
- **Defect Management**: Document and track defects found during testing using designated defect tracking tools. Work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- **Regression Testing**: Conduct regression testing to ensure that new features or bug fixes do not adversely affect existing functionality.
- **Test Automation**: Learn and contribute to test automation efforts by assisting in writing and maintaining automated test scripts.
- **Reporting**: Prepare detailed test reports summarizing test results, including pass/fail status, and any outstanding issues.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- **Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing concepts.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and ability to meticulously follow test plans and procedures.
- **Team Player**: Proven ability to work well in a team environment, contributing positively to team dynamics and collaborating with team members to achieve common goals.

**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000.00 per year
