**Job Description - Part-Time Physics Faculty**

**Organization**: Sri Edu Foundation
**Location**: Jayanagar, Bangalore
**Position**: Part-Time Physics Faculty (Class 11 & 12)

**Working Days**: Wednesday & Saturday
**Timings**: As per academic schedule
**Type**: Immediate Joiner

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and practice sessions aligned with the curriculum.
- Foster interactive and engaging classroom discussions to improve conceptual understanding.
- Assess, monitor, and support students’ academic progress.
- Provide guidance for competitive exam preparation (NEET/JEE) where applicable.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive, motivating learning environment.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Postgraduate/Graduate degree in Physics (B.Sc./M.Sc. in Physics or related field).
- Prior teaching experience at PU/Junior College level (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent **communication and presentation skills** in English.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for better student understanding.
- Strong commitment, punctuality, and passion for teaching.
