**Role Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute innovative branding strategies for various clients across digital and print media.
- Design and produce high-quality visual assets, including logos, brochures, posters, social media graphics, and other marketing materials.
- Create engaging motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet branding objectives.
- Maintain and uphold brand consistency across all deliverables and platforms.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and contribute to the overall creative direction of the team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design processes.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on branding.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of branding projects, both digital and print.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of illustration techniques and the ability to create original artwork.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts to clients and team members.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
