**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct patient care including administering medications, wound care, IV therapy, and vital sign monitoring.
- Assist in patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Monitor patient progress and promptly report any changes to the medical team.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Support doctors during rounds and medical procedures.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care.
- Maintain infection control protocols and ensure ward cleanliness and hygiene.
- Handle medical equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
- Participate in shift handovers, departmental meetings, and continuous nursing education.
- Provide emotional support and ensure patient dignity and safety at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: B.Sc Nursing or General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM).
- **Registration**: Valid nursing registration with the State/Indian Nursing Council.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of ward protocols, patient care techniques, and hospital policies.
- Good communication skills, empathy, and teamwork.

**Working Conditions**:

- May be assigned to specialized wards depending on hospital needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
