**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Provide technical presentations and demonstrations to clients.
- Understand customer requirements and offer suitable product solutions.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to provide technical support.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and training sessions as needed.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field).
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 yr. of experience in sales or technical sales within industrial products.
- **Skills**:

- Strong technical knowledge of Industrial Product & Service.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
- **Other Requirements**: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
