Job profile:
- Order Entry in PO register & Order Processing.
- Following up with ME’s on the checklist req for Order Processing.
- Coordinating with distributor and local vendors for delivery & prices.
- Making Purchase Entry & Preparing Sales Invoices.
- Cheque received by Client - Entries to be done
- Handling Petty Cash
- Handling Bills (Maintenance, Mobile Bills, Stationary, Petty cash vouchers and etc) - Scanning and sending to the accounts team on monthly bases.
- Updating the margin folder monthly.
- Prepare Performa Invoice in Excel Sheet.
- Sharing pending payments details to ME Weekly.
- Printing the Tax Invoice and sending it to respective ME’s.
- Handling Office Boy.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
