**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our two-wheeler showroom. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing motorcycles and scooters. Your primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and maintaining the optimal performance of two-wheelers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and technical issues in two-wheelers.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and inspections.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and fix faults.
- Conduct repairs and adjustments on engines, brakes, suspension systems, and other components.
- Replace damaged or worn-out parts with genuine manufacturer-approved components.
- Adhere to service schedules and guidelines provided by the manufacturer.
- Maintain accurate records of service and repair work.
- Assist customers by providing estimates and addressing inquiries.
- Collaborate with the service advisor and team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Stay updated with advancements in two-wheeler technology and repair techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and uphold the showroom's reputation.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification in automotive or two-wheeler mechanics is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or Mechanic, preferably in a two-wheeler showroom or automotive service center.
- In-depth knowledge of two-wheeler mechanics, electrical systems, and diagnostic tools.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various two-wheeler models.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Good communication and customer service skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
