**Legal Documentation Executive (Male)**

**Job Location -**Nungambakkam. Chennai

**Key responsibilities**

RERA compliance - Advisory and documentation for real estate regulatory filings

PATTA (Possession and Title Assurance) - Verification and validation of property title and possession records

EC (Encumbrance certificate) - Retrieval and examination of ECs for legal due diligence

Draft, vet and register legal documents including sale deeds/gift deeds, lease agreements, POAs and affidavits.

Coordinate with sub-registrar offices and other government bodies for registrations and certifications.

Maintain accurate records of registrations, and client communications.

**Qualifications**

Any Bachelor’s degree

5+ years of relevant experience in property law and registration

Strong understanding of RERA,PATTA, EC and property related documentation

Proficiency in local languages and excellent drafting skills

**Key skills**

Legal drafting and Registration

Client advisory and consultation

Document handling and Government liaison

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
