We are looking for talented and enthusiastic 3D Visualizer to expand our existing team.

**Job description**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Ability to understand and handle architectural CAD drawings
- Capable of modeling projects from minimum sketches and supervision
- Provide efficient modeling and converting of drawings from CAD and other modeling packages
- Work on Architectural and Interiors 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering on visuals
- Ability to create extremely photorealistic exterior, interior and landscape visuals
- Convert lead designers brief into 2d CAD & further into 3d MAX
- Prepare final renders and presentations for clients
- Work closely with design team
- Stay updated with latest software’s used in the visualisation field and research and decide on materials and products to achieve realistic images

**Key Skills**
- Experience in the use of AutoCAD2d, 3D Max, Vray/Corona, Photoshop, Illustrator and other plug-in and special effects software is essential.

**Essential Skills**
- 5+ years of experience in designing residential interior spaces, ideally with international projects experience
- Experience in producing high quality architectural/interior still images and animations
- Fully conversant in using an creating modeling from architectural plans, sketches, elevations, and knowledge of related visualisation techniques and photo realistic rendering techniques
- Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, landscapes and proficient modeling skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High professional integrity
- Ability to work as part of a team and to respond proactively and when required
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to tight deadlines
- Ability to be proactive, use own initiative and work autonomously
- Good awareness of design trends and creative thinking
- Attention to detail, problem solving skills
- Creative with a high degree of flexibility

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Visualisation, Architectural, Interior Design or Modeling qualifications or equivalent from an accredited institute.
- Hands on walkthrough, any video editing experience would be an advantage
- Excellent portfolio of previous work

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
