Client Support Executive

Responsibilities:
- Be a liaison between account managers & clients.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
- Update client information in the database
- Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge
- Become a pro in campaign builder tools for multiple channels utilised in Retention Marketing
**Requirements**:
- 1+ yr experience in client handling
- Excellent Communication skills
- Eager to learn
- Graduation or equivalent degree
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
