**Key Responsibilities:

- **
- Organizing Daily Inward /Outward Plan as per customer instruction.
- Following with Transporter for vehicle arrangement if any
- Travelling to site to monitor loading and unloading activities if any.
- Need to take component wise -- supplier dispatch plan and strictly follow the same on daily basis.
- Daily, Weekly or as per demand -- visiting sites in rotation and in-advance to check status.
- Raising Flag in-advance -- in case of observing any discrepancy or issue at supplier end which will lead to delay in dispatch.
- Ensuring On-time dispatch of material as per supplier commitments
- Always being Agile and Proactive, to identify the gaps at vendor end, No last day surprises

**Required Skills, Experience and Educational Qualifications**
- Min 1-3 years of experience in Inward /Outward Supervising
- Basic knowledge of Stores and Dispatch Activities
- Qualifications -- Diploma or Graduate.
- SAP,WMS ,Excel ,ERP

**Salary**: ₹19,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
