**In this role, you will strengthen company's organic growth across new and existing markets. You’ll be responsible for performing on-page & off-page activities on an everyday basis on Websites, Blogs & Applications. Scale our organic traffic under a Sr. SEO strategist and a team of Digital Marketing experts

**Skills Required**:

- At least 2+ years of experience managing SEO & ASO
- Demonstrated ability to drive maximum organic traffic & mobile app downloads/discovery including Technical SEO, Content Marketing, and Digital PR.
- Have basic know-how of Google Analytics, SEMRUSH, AHREFS, Moz, Google Optimize, Data studio, AMP pages, etc
- Detailed knowledge of on-page optimization, off-page submissions, guest-blogging outreach, link-building, etc

**How does your day 1 look like?**
- You will be completing your HR formalities
- Onboarding with the company know-how
- You would be introduced to your new friends who you can choose to call your colleagues, acquaintance or best buddies

**How does your first month look like?**
- You will be preparing a detailed audit report alongside a competitor research report
- You would be geared up to implement new strategies on the lines of the SEO, ASO, VSO

**How do your first 3 months look like?**
- You would be halfway through your implementation of the new strategies
- You would have identified all the gaps of opportunities, completed on-page optimizations using Google Optimise, increased the GTMetrix scores to more than 85%
- You would have already increased the ranking of more than 20% of our keyword set
- All our brand keywords would have 1st rank by this time

**How do your first 6 months look like?**
- You would be starting to reap the fruits of the seeds that you have sown 5 months ago
- You would have crossed a score of 60 on DA & DR and breaking the spam score to less than 10%
- You would have doubled our organic traffic with your consistent efforts
