Experienced Student Visa Counsellor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage in-house interview sessions
- Follow through on student enquiries, requests or complaints and provide information and assistance as required
- Maintain excellent knowledge of student visa conditions and client programs and processes
- Ensure accuracy in data entry and management
- Key Performance Areas Include Delivering
- Customer service
- Client satisfaction

- Technical & professional knowledge
- Good teamwork
- Communicating well
- Organisation & planning

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or higher degree in any discipline (or work experience equivalent), International Education Background would be advantageous, however not essential
- Good knowledge of the local education system for any of these given countries Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, European Countries, USA & Canada
- Proven language proficiency in English
- Good interpersonal, communication and customer service orientation
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good team player: eager to learn and grow in team environment
- Good computer skills

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
