Executive

**Job Purpose**:
The purpose of the job role will be supporting the Stores which are on-site as a part of the business expansion journey of the company.

**Principal Accountabilities (Role & responsibilities)**:

- Keep a record of stock.
- In this position, you'll play a key role in the proper care and maintenance of our stock, including ordering, receiving, and managing inventory
- Keeping a check on the transfer of Material from and to Main outlets.
- Issue of materials as per the issue slip for different Projects / Offices.
- Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
- Responsible for the department concerned when goods are rejected due to wrong deliveries or different specifications/standards.
- Should be able to follow standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store.
- Preparing BOM (Bill of Material) and BOQ (Bill of Quantity).
- Evaluating financial terms and conditions of clients & negotiating with them.

**Qualification/Competencies**:
Educational qualifications: Any Graduate

Experience: Minimum 5+ Years

Preferred Industries: Solar/Wind

Competencies/skills:

- Target Oriented & Aggressive approach
- Capability of working under pressure & achieve targets based on the guidelines of the company's goals.
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
- Should have good knowledge and hands-on experience with MS Excel and MS Office.
- Should have knowledge of SAP and ERP
- Ability to build strategic and long-term relationships
- Willing to travel locally within Gujarat
- Ability to market the brand and ensure customer satisfaction
