**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Prepare and deliver effective lesson plans that address the individual learning needs and pace of each student.

Break down complex Chemistry & Maths concepts and principles into manageable sections for better understanding.

Assist students with exam preparation, focusing on mastering key concepts.

Monitor student progress and provide regular, constructive feedback to both students and parents/guardians.

Help students develop problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and effective study techniques specific to Chemistry & Maths

Develop and suggest practical strategies for mastering difficult topics, including exam techniques and time management.

Keep accurate records of student progress and identify areas requiring additional focus.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry / Maths, or a related field.

Previous experience tutoring or teaching high school students, especially in Chemistry & Maths for grades 11 and 12.

In-depth knowledge of the high school Chemistry & Maths curriculum and preparation for exams.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and approachable manner.

A positive, patient, and motivating attitude to engage students and foster their academic growth.

Ability to connect with students and adapt teaching styles to suit diverse learning needs.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in both theoretical and practical aspects of Chemistry.
