**Description**:
**Roles**:

- Day-to-day accounting & taxes of the US entity, as the company is US headquartered
- In addition, responsible for day-to-day accounting & taxes of the India entity
- To also cover accounting and taxes for our UK entity, and manage contractor payments in Canada and Costa Rica
- Performing all the month end/quarter end/year ending accounting and tax activities across all entities (Predominantly US & India)
- Preparing weekly cash flow statements and controlling & planning expenditures for the combined entities

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Keep in safe custody all original contracts and agreements entered between the party and company.
- Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards including but not limited to revenue realization, costs, cash, and assets.
- Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.
- Ensuring compliance with respect to all Direct and Indirect Tax matters.
- Responsible for handling Vendor Payments & Payroll Activities.
- Overseeing and ensuring proper tracking and maintenance of supplier.
