We are a fast-growing startup looking for a top-notch Junior QA Engineer for the Noida Location with a proven track record of building test automation for an enterprise product. You will be at the core of every new feature, every product decision, and every touchpoint of our users. You will directly work with a small, experienced team of technologists to identify and solve a new set of problems. Our team is composed of leaders from Amazon Alexa, Zoho, Facebook, and other tech companies. If you are a problem solver and enjoy thinking creatively, you would love to be on this team

**Competencies**: Java, Selenium, Postman, GitLab/Github, Automation Testing, Manual Testing, Familiarity with AI-powered testing platforms (e.g., Testim, Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT for test case generation)

**What you'll be liable for**:

- Partner with engineering, product, and release teams, drive design-for-testability and support deployments/resolution of environment issues.
- Understand the end-to-end code flow and how components interact; read code to identify test points and risks.
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Turn BRDs/customer requirements into clear test plans, acceptance criteria, and executable test cases.
- Set up, maintain, and run automation frameworks across Web, Mobile, and Desktop; build robust scenarios and acceptance tests.
- Reproduce and isolate customer-reported issues, file high-quality bug reports, track fixes, and verify resolutions.
- Report testing progress, risks, and quality metrics (e.g., pass rate, defect density, flake rate) in daily/weekly updates.
- Continuously assess tools/methodologies; refine practices, pipelines (CI/CD), and standards.
- Own release quality gates: define sign-off criteria, run production smoke checks, and monitor/roll back as needed.

**Requirements**:

- 0-2 years of experience
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
- Good designing and programming skills.
- Good understanding of testing methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- The ability to keep current with the constantly changing technology industry.
- A passion for testing, development, and design.
