**Work with business users to facilitate the requirements collection, prioritization, issues resolution, and**

**alignment across multiple business units.**

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

- **
- Tableau server administration (Troubleshooting on user issues, Bulk user creation, Performance

Monitoring, offline activation of product keys, Prod up-gradation of Tableau version, etc..)
- Knowledge on Tableau Desktop ( To troubleshoot performance issues)
- Performing the security OS patching activity ( all tableau instances, Prod; 16 & Testing; 04)
- Ensure proper execution of Tableau maintenance jobs flow on daily / weekly / Monthly basis.

**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
