**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage **land-related and civil disputes** including ownership, acquisition, and encroachment cases.
- Draft and review **sale deeds, MoUs, lease deeds, and property agreements.**:

- Conduct **title verification** and **legal due diligence** for land/property transactions.
- Represent the company before **civil courts, tribunals, and revenue authorities.**:

- Draft and issue **legal notices, replies, plaints, and written statements.**:

- Liaise with **registration offices, municipal bodies, and revenue departments.**:

- Maintain case files, legal documentation, and follow up on hearings.
- Provide **strategic legal advice** to management on property matters and dispute resolution.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **LL.B / LL.M** from a recognized university.
- Minimum **13 years of experience** in **land and civil litigation.**:

- Strong knowledge of **property, civil, and revenue laws.**:

- Excellent **drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.**:

- Proficiency in **English and Tamil.**:
