**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
- Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency in financial operations.
- Providing guidance and support to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and oversee the preparation of cash forecasts.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and timely completion of audits and tax filings.
- Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and industry trends, and recommend updates to policies and procedures as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proven leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve common goals

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
