**Job Title**: Demi Chef de Partie (**Tandoor**)

**Location**: Rajarhat, Kolkata, West Bengal

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook dishes across all kitchen sections in accordance with standard recipes, photographs, and guidelines.
- Maintain food quality and hygiene standards at all times.
- Support the Chef de Partie in supervising and training kitchen team members.
- Assist in product and menu development initiatives.
- Ensure consistent and efficient kitchen operations.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum High School Diploma (H.S.) or equivalent. Culinary school certification preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum **4 years total experience** in a professional kitchen, including at least **6 months as a pantry/prep cook** or equivalent combination.
- **Location**: Applicants must be based in **Kolkata** and should be willing to attend a **trial test**.
- **Commute**: Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to **Rajarhat, Kolkata** before starting work.
