- Qualification - BCOM, BCOM PA, MBA (Finance), MCOM (Finance)_

**Responsibilities**:

- He/She will be responsible for daily accounting work like billing, purchase entry, and data entry.
- He/She will be responsible for the management of our Google Sheets, and you will work on Internal accounting software.
- Prepare accounting entries and reconcile Vendor/Consultant Ledgers
- Follow Company Cyclical Accounting Processes
- Provide detailed analysis and explanation of transactions
- Work on Company Accounts Payable/Receivable functions
- Vendor Invoice Payment, ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments
- Facilitate all statutory audits for the company
- Take on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office operations

**Required skills sets**:

- Bachelors or master’s in accounting or finance.
- Experience with accounting software online Quick Books,
- Proficiency with computers and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. - 0 - 2 years of Experience in US Accounts.
- Willing to work in US Shift Timing with long term commitment.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- US shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
