**Responsibilities**:

- **Edit videos**: Create seamless transitions and engaging content tailored for reels, YouTube, social media platforms, and other digital channels.
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with our creative team to understand project requirements and deliver content that meets our clients' needs and specifications.
- **Review footage**: Assess raw footage and scripts to create a shot decision list, ensuring the significance of scenes and maintaining overall continuity.
- **Trim and enhance**: Trim video segments, incorporate music, dialogue, graphics, and special effects, and create both rough and final cuts with logical sequencing and smooth flow.
- **Stay updated**: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in video editing to enhance the quality and effectiveness of our content.
- **Stakeholder management**: Work closely with stakeholders throughout the production process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality videos.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience**: Demonstrable experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work in creating reels, YouTube videos, and social media content.
- **Technical proficiency**: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- **Editing skills**: Excellent understanding of editing techniques, including color grading, sound mixing, and visual effects.
- **Communication skills**: Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with our creative team and clients.
- **Attention to detail**: Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- **Passion for creativity**: A passion for storytelling and creativity, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
