**About the Organization**

Vertiver is a New Delhi-based sustainability consultancy working at the overlap of science, policy, and communications to design and implement behavior change projects on the themes of Circular Economy, Sustainable Agriculture, Biodiversity (Nature-based Solutions), and Climate change mitigation and adaptation across India.

**Project Context**

Vertiver is in the process of bidding for a project with an international conservation organization to support the development of a behavior change communications (BCC) project that enables regenerative agriculture across 4500 villages in Punjab’s 18 districts targeting approximately 4 lakh farmers. (Focus will be on enabling farmers to adopt zero-burning cropping systems.)

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Developing creatives related to the regenerative agriculture project in Gurmukhi designed.
- The designer will develop creatives for the project in Punjabi.
- Provide visual documentation of fields, farming activities, and project-related interventions.
- Design and develop creative concepts for our project's branding, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns.
- Create visual content, including graphics, illustrations, and infographics that communicate our message effectively.
- Collaborate with project team members to understand project goals, audience, and messaging, and create designs that align with these objectives.
- Manage multiple design projects, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.

**Qualification**
- Graduate /Postgraduate in Graphic Design or a related field.
- At least 2 years of work experience in a similar field as well as in the region.
- Verbal and written communication in Punjabi is the key requirement for this position.
