Join us as a
**People Experience Partner** in our People Team. This role responsible for aligning the People Experience Team solutions that supports the Business need and deliver the
**best employee experience **for India. Partners with the Business to drive business outcomes through defining, developing and executing strategic HC goals, policies, programs.
**Your area of responsibility**:
- Develops a deep understanding of employee needs and proactively and with a sense of urgency, partners with them and their managers to enable the realization of their full performance potential.
- Participates in various HC Connect programs to build a good rapport with employees and partner with the business to deliver the best employee experience.
- Assists in the implementation of all key human capital initiatives from organizational capabilities, employee relations & engagement, local legislation, onboarding & exiting, risk mitigation, performance management, payroll and other operational activities.
- Administers the performance process by providing appropriate guidance about the process & people.
- Works in a collaborative manner globally and cross-functionally to deliver appropriate employee communications and facilitate a conflict-free, transparent and engaging culture.
- Oversees the employee records and prepares all documents (letters, contracts, notifications, etc.) relating to changes in terms and conditions, including internal transfers, off-cycle promotions, extensions, title changes, changes to working hours, relocations, departmental re-organizations, unpaid leave, references.
- Maintains Human Resource Information System and compiles reports from database.
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook
- Ideate and bring forward new actionable ideas to engage the employees and build brand image - Team Building events, CSR Activities, Tech events, and other Social & Festive events.
- May mentor or guide junior level staff members.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Additional may also handle some responsibilities as requested by People Business Partners.
**Your Profile**:
- Master’s degree in human resources management with 6 to 8 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- Thorough knowledge of theories, practices, and methods across the broad spectrum of HC discipline with knowledge of Indian labor and employment policies.
- High proficiency with HRIS software (e.g. Workday) and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel for data analysis).
- Self-motivated individual who constantly strives to achieve greatness.
- Business-minded, global mind-set, analytical and goal-oriented.
- Able to take ambiguous terms, make sense of it, and turn it into actional items.
- Resilient and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to take complex concepts and simplify them based on stakeholder.
- Well versed in communicating with all levels of the organization with the ability to anticipate potential objections and influence people to adopt a different point of view.
- Would need to work from our Bangalore office twice a week, with possibility of changes based on the needs of the job.
