
Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Counseling**: Understand the academic and career goals of students and provide accurate program recommendations.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective communication and follow-ups.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain detailed records of student interactions and update the CRM regularly.
- **Relationship Building**: Foster long-term relationships with students and parents, providing post-enrollment support.
- **Market Insights**: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to improve sales strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in sales, counseling, or admissions (preferably in the education/aviation industry).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office.
- Passion for aviation and the ability to inspire students to pursue their dreams.
