Description:
1. Handling IT requirements for the organization and our Indian clients.

2. Full-cycle recruiting: interview set-up, negotiation, offer generation, documentation, BGV, onboarding and

4. Responsible for work on Permanent, Contract & C2H (Contract to Hire) position.

5. Achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.

6. Responsible for the Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements &
mapping the relevant targets.

7. Validation of Resumes for experience and suitability against the requirement
