**Job Title: Python AI/ML Data Science Developer**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Train AI Models**: Leverage available datasets to train AI models using advanced machine learning algorithms and frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. Focus on training models with multilingual datasets, including Hindi, English, and Hinglish.
- **Python Script Development**: Write, optimize, and maintain efficient Python scripts for data science tasks such as data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and automation.
- **Data Analysis**: Process and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights that can optimize model performance and drive predictive analytics.
- **Automation with n8n**: Utilize **n8n** to automate data pipelines and workflows, integrating multiple services and enhancing operational efficiency across systems.
- **AI Model Deployment**: Assist in deploying AI models into production environments, monitor their performance, and ensure they are operating as expected, especially when handling multilingual datasets.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions that align with business needs and objectives.
- **Hugging Face Expertise**: Develop and fine-tune models using Hugging Face’s open-source pre-trained models, including BERT, multilingual MPNet, and DistilBERT, to address a variety of language processing challenges.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: From freshers to 3 years of experience as an AI/ML Developer or Data Scientist working with Python.
- **Proficiency in Python**: Strong knowledge of Python, especially libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, etc.
- **AI/ML Knowledge**: Solid understanding of machine learning techniques, algorithms, and model training.
- **Data Science Skills**: Experience in data wrangling, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- **Automation Tools**: Knowledge of **n8n** for workflow automation and integration with external services.
- **MCP Server Knowledge**: Familiarity with managing and maintaining MCP (Master Control Program) servers for automated tasks and pipeline management.
- **Problem-Solving Ability**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to build innovative solutions.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

**Additional Required Qualifications**:

- Experience with cloud-based AI/ML services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
- Basic understanding of Docker and containerization for model deployment.
