Job Objective

We are looking for a Marketing Officer (focus: Social Media and online) to join our growing team in India. As an experienced professional, you will promote career opportunities and help us to advertise them online, particularly on social media. You should have first professional experience in social media marketing and a good understanding of all common social media platforms (e.g.: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and are well-versed with the recruitment advertisement functions on social media. It is beneficial to have a creative mindset and a strong interest for career-related topics.

Job description

In your new role you will:

- Collaborate with regional HR Managers to develop innovative ideas to increase our organization's visibility in the local job market and differentiate us from competitors.
- Work closely with local recruiters and the Group Communications department to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all recruitment channels.
- Engage in community management to foster meaningful interactions with our audience and provide support for recruitment-related social media requests.
- Conduct market research to identify future opportunities and trends in recruitment, enabling proactive planning for upcoming hiring activities.
- Build comprehensive reports in collaboration with the corporate communications team to analyze the effectiveness of our recruitment activities, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.
- Plan, conduct and support in-person events such as career fairs and university campus visits.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations Department/General Manager.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Talent Acquisition, Social Media, or Digital Marketing.
- Ideally, hold a degree or professional qualification in one of the related fields.
- Independent workstyle and the ability to deliver high-quality results even with tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an international environment.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative recruitment strategies and solutions.
- Solid understanding of the latest trends and developments in career-related topics is beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills to gather, interpret, and present data-driven insights.
- Experience with photography and videography is a plus.
