Job Title: Inventory Executive - FMCG

Reports to: Supply Chain Manager/Logistics Head

Location: [Jalan Complex - Howrah]

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing and controlling inventory levels of FMCG products, ensuring optimal stock levels, minimizing stockouts and overstocking, and optimizing inventory processes to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and analyze inventory levels, identifying areas for improvement.

2. Implement and maintain inventory management systems and processes.

3. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

4. Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams.

5. Develop and implement inventory reporting and analytics (e.g., stock turnover, days inventory outstanding).

6. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards (e.g., GMP, HACCP).

7. Optimize inventory storage and organization.

8. Train staff on inventory procedures.

9. Manage inventory obsolescence and expiry date tracking.

10. Analyze sales trends and seasonality to optimize inventory levels.

FMCG-specific Responsibilities:
1. Manage inventory of perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages).

2. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

3. Coordinate with distributors and wholesalers.

**Requirements**:
1. 3-4 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in FMCG.

2. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, ERP).

5. Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Desirable Skills:
1. Experience with warehouse management systems (e.g., WMS).

2. Knowledge of lean inventory principles.

3. Certification in inventory management (e.g., CSCP, CLTD).

**Salary**: [11000 to 14000 in hand ]
