**What is the profile of Counsellor**?

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Counsel prospective students on UG/PG programs and help them choose the right course.
- Convert leads into admissions through effective follow-ups and relationship building.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and achieve daily/weekly admission targets.
- Participate in training sessions and keep updated on course offerings.
- Experience & Skills Required:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in tele counselling or academic counselling.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Hindi and Marathi is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.

**Where is your office located, what are the shift timings & what are the work offs?**

Location - Santacruz-26/202, Anand Nagar, Vakola Bridge, Nehru Road, Santacruz (E), Mumbai
- 400 055.

Location - Santacruz East 10 to 6:30 pm Mon to Sat working
