**Job Title**: Loading Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate loading and unloading operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage a team of loaders and ensure adherence to company procedures and safety protocols.
- Inspect goods before and after loading to verify quantity, quality, and accuracy of shipments.
- Communicate with warehouse and logistics teams to streamline loading schedules and meet dispatch timelines.
- Maintain records of loading activities and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
- Conduct regular training sessions for loaders on safe handling practices and efficient loading techniques.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and loading standards.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards related to loading and unloading operations.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a personal two-wheeler (bike) for travel within the site.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
