**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Handle inbound calls from customers inquiring about products or services.
- Understand customer needs and requirements and provide appropriate solutions or information.
- Maintain a database of customer information and interaction details.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing activities.
- Achieve set targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.
- Maintain professionalism and positivity during interactions with customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Handle complaints or objections effectively and escalate issues when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work in shifts if required.
