**- Must be available Monday to Friday 4.30 AM to 01.30 PM IST**

**- Previous experience within an International phone based Customer service or Call Center environment will be looked upon favorably.**

**Required a Experienced Lawyer with the ability to work in an Internationally dynamic fast paced environment. The Associate has to Deal with Australian Customers and Insurance Companies; hence must have solid communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills. Developed PC and Customer service skills are also essential for success in this role.**

**Responsibilities and Duties**

**- Other Ad Hoc Administrative duties as required by the business.**

**Required Qualifications and Skills**

**- Lived/ Working experience in Australia & New Zealand**

**- Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal)**

**- Conduct research and analysis of legal problems if required**

**- Basic Computer knowledge**

**- Experience in an International Call Centre/ Customer Service/ Recoveries/ Settlements**

**- Minimum Qualification
- Law Degree**

**- IELTS Exam scores would be a plus.**

**- Prior International BPO Experience would be an advantage.**

**Benefits**

**- Starting Salary - INR 40,000**

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
