The Wictory is a dynamic and innovative company based in Sector 20, Panchkula, committed to delivering impactful digital solutions. We are expanding our digital marketing team and looking for a results-driven SEO Expert to enhance our online presence and drive organic growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute successful SEO strategies across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to guide content teams.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines.
- Perform ongoing website audits, identify SEO issues, and implement solutions.
- Monitor performance metrics and analyze SEO performance to improve rankings.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry changes.
- Create and present regular performance reports and recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3 years** of proven SEO experience in a professional setting.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
