Esg Trainee

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and delivering BRSR software demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and showcase relevant product features effectively.
- Support the ESG team in mapping client ESG/BRSR requirements to software capabilities.
- Develop a working knowledge of ESG frameworks (BRSR, GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, etc.).
- Prepare presentation decks, demo scripts, and case examples for client sessions.
- Assist in responding to client queries during/after demos with guidance from senior consultants.
- Provide feedback to the product team for enhancements and usability improvements.
- Maintain demo environment (sample data, dashboards, reports) for smooth client interactions.
- Contribute to ESG research, benchmarking, and knowledge-building initiatives.

Desired Skills & Competencies
- Basic understanding of ESG concepts, sustainability, and BRSR reporting.
- Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal & written).
- Ability to quickly learn software tools and explain them to clients.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Interest in sustainability, corporate responsibility, and digital solutions.

Qualification
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Commerce, or related fields.
- ESG certifications or knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
