Quantity Surveyor

- Monitoring and controlling the cost of projects from concept to
- completion.
- Preparation of detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantity) & BOM (Bill of Materials) on the
- basis of drawings for individual residential units & prepare detailed budgets for
- the same.
- Preparation of master schedule for the project material requirement.
- Negotiate with vendors / suppliers
- Preparation of Work Order to Sub contractors, preparation of Purchase orders
- etc.
- Certification of bills and invoices from vendors, contractors, consultants and
- engineers, Preparation of progress report.
- Conduct market analysis in order to know the current rates of the materials
- before floating tender and inviting quotations.
- Material reconciliation on monthly basis/as requested by management.
- Co-ordination with architectural, contractors, purchase & project execution for
- optimum costs as per the budges.
- Preparation of P/L statement of the project.
