Maths Faculty

The Marketing Executive for Educational Institutions is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract prospective students, engage current students, and promote the institution’s brand. This role involves a mix of strategic planning, digital marketing, content creation, event management, and market research to ensure the institution meets its enrollment and visibility goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the institution’s programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to create targeted campaigns for student recruitment.
- Identify new markets and demographics to expand the institution’s reach.
- **Digital Marketing**:

- Utilize SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies to increase online visibility and attract prospective students.
- Analyze digital marketing metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to improve performance.
- **Content Creation**:

- Produce high-quality content for various platforms, including blog posts, newsletters, brochures, and promotional videos.
- Work with faculty and students to showcase success stories, achievements, and unique aspects of the institution.
- Ensure all content aligns with the institution’s brand voice and messaging.
- **Event Management**:

- Plan and coordinate events such as open houses, campus tours, information sessions, and community outreach activities.
- Manage event logistics, from initial planning to execution and follow-up.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure events are well-promoted and attended.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor strategies, and prospective student preferences.
- Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Prepare reports on marketing activities, outcomes, and return on investment (ROI).
- **Collaboration and Networking**:

- Work closely with the admissions team, academic departments, alumni relations, and other stakeholders to align marketing efforts.
- Build relationships with external partners, such as high schools, community organizations, and media outlets.
- Represent the institution at education fairs, conferences, and other promotional events.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and analytical thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in using marketing software and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media management tools).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with graphic design and video production.
- Familiarity with higher education enrollment cycles and trends.
- Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis.
- Public speaking and presentation skills.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position, typically within standard office hours, but may require occasional evenings or weekends for events.
- Ability to travel for events and conferences as needed.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
