As Wintel Admin, the person will be responsible to provide technical support with high degree of Customer Happiness by meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) and process compliance.

Your key responsibilities: Act as the central communication point for Design, Maintain and Communicate the service support plans in Windows Administration domain.
