**Job Description**:
As a Social Media Executive, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our company's social media presence through effective ad posting and management of paid campaigns. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to create and execute strategies that align with our brand objectives and drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Social Media Accounts: Oversee and optimize our social media profiles (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) to ensure brand consistency and engagement.
- Ad Posting and Campaign Management: Develop and manage ad campaigns on various platforms, including Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and other relevant channels.
- Create and Curate Content: Design and schedule engaging content (text, images, and videos) for social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with campaign objectives and brand voice.
- Develop Campaign Strategies: Work with the marketing team to plan and execute targeted social media campaigns and content calendars designed to achieve specific goals.
- Monitor Performance: Use analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze the performance of paid and organic social media activities. Provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Engage with the Audience: Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries, fostering a positive community interaction and enhancing user engagement.
- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge campaign execution.
- Assist with Paid Advertising: Support the creation and management of paid advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance analysis.
- Report Metrics: Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign success, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Preferably 6-12 months of experience in social media management or a related field, with a focus on running paid ad campaigns.
- Platform Expertise: Strong understanding of social media platforms and advertising options, including Meta Ads and other paid social media tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and manage online interactions.
- Creative Skills: A creative mindset with an eye for design and visual content; familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
- Analytical Abilities: Proficiency with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and the ability to analyze data to drive decision-making.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Team and Independent Work: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
