**Job Title**:
Compliance/Secretarial

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- To ensure compliance of the provisions under the Companies Act, SEBI Regulations and RBI Directions.
- Interpretation of provisions and filing of forms/returns within the specified timelines.
- Coordinating board/general meeting and monitoring follow up actions.
- To prepare and approve legal forms, agreement leases and other official documents when authorized by the board of directors.
- Assist in the preparation of annual reports, financial disclosures, and other filings as per statutory requirements. Maintain accurate and updated records of all corporate governance-related documents and communication.

**Skills Required**:

- Interpretational Skills
- Communication skills - Oral and Written
- Technical skills -MS Word and Excel

**Education Requirements**:

- A professional qualification (CS - Company Secretary)
- Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws for NBFCs.

**Work Experience**:

- **2-3 years of experience in company secretarial roles, preferably within an NBFC or financial services firm.**
